If your information is part of an ongoing investigation, current arrest, active warrant, or the removal of information would create an ongoing public safety threat, there may be delays in potential removal.

CRIMEWATCH does not post any content. All content is posted and maintained by the respective law enforcement agency.

To request removal of content, please contact the agency that posted the content by following these steps:

  1. Go to https://crimewatch.net/contact-us
  2. Click "Start Contact Form"
  3. Select "Law Enforcement"
  4. Select the Agency that posted the content
  5. Complete the form to request removal

You DO NOT need to hire an attorney to have your information removed. If you feel that you are justified in having your listing removed from CRIMEWATCH, please follow these instructions:

To assist staff in determining the status of your listing, please provide copies of the following documentation:

  • Complete contact information including address, phone number and email where you can be reached
  • Copy of your Case disposition showing your charges were: Dropped, Expunged or Dismissed
  • Proof you have completed your adjudication that may include time served, warrants cleared, etc.
  • Include a non-refundable money order for $20.00 processing fee made out to CRIMEWATCH Technologies, Inc.

CRIMEWATCH staff will review removal requests carefully as we balance privacy and public safety concerns.
