On November 16, 2013 the Swatara Township Police arrested Shawn Davenport for possession with the intent to deliver marijuana. Over 1500 grams of marijuana (around 3 pounds) was found in Davenport’s apartment when a search warrant was served on the apartment. When Police made contact with Davenport it was learned that he had another warrant for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Davenport was taken into custody on the warrants and the additional charges from this incident of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Officers attempted a traffic stop on Lawrence Brown-Warren on July 29, 2013 for illegal window tint. Brown-Warren refused to stop his vehicle, but was taken into custody after a short chase. A later search of the suspect vehicle yielded a sizeable quantity of marijuana. A small child who was inside Brown-Warren's vehicle at the time of this incident was unharmed.
Brown-Warren was arraigned at the Dauphin County Judicial Center and was committed to Dauphin County Prison on $25,000 bail.
