TRAFFIC ALERT AS OF 2:49 P.M., WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 21ST, 2020

Manheim Township Police are on the scene of a serious motorcycle crash on Oregon Pike at Bushong Road. Oregon Pike has been shut and will remain so for an extended period of time. Officers are directing traffic away from the scene at:
Oregon Pike and Creek Road
Oregon Pike and Bushong Road
East Oregon Road and Becker Road

Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area and take alternate routes of travel. Updates will be provided as they become available.

On 10-11-20 a green over silver 2006 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport Pennsylvania registration KKR0215 was stolen from Troy Rd. within York Township.  The vehicle has several stickers on the rear window including a TRUMP, PEACE TEA and "LYNDSEY".  Please contact 911 if seen.  Attached is a stock photo of similar vehicle.

The motorcycle crash on Route 30 East at Route 222 reported earlier has been cleared.  The roadway is fully open.  Please drive carefully!

TRAFFIC ALERT AS OF 7:20 A.M., ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 20TH, 2020


A crash involving a motorcycle has blocked the left lane of Route 30 East at Route 222.  Emergency crews are currently on scene at this active incident.  Motorists traveling through this area should expect delays, and take alternate routes of travel, if possible.  Updates will be provided as they become available.

As a reminder, the Warminster Township Police Department in partnership with the DEA and the Bucks County District Attorney's Office will be participating in the  2020 National Drug Take Back Day October 24, 2020 from 10 am to 2 pm. Residents will have the opportunity to prevent pill abuse and theft by ridding their homes of potentially dangerous expired, unused and unwanted prescription drugs. Bring your pills for disposal to ShopRite of Warminster to 918-982 West Street Rd, Warminster, PA 18974. The service is free and anonymous, no questions asked!

A yellow lab was located in the 800 block of North Pine Street in the borough at approximately 715pm on 10/14/2020. If it is your dog it will be at the police department for a short time. This post will be updated when the dog is taken to the Humane Society.

Bedminster Police are investigating a serious crash at the entrance to Weis Market on 113, Please use caution in the area. Route 113 is shut between 313 and Bucks Road.

Please assist the York Area Regional Police Dept in locating George Lewis, a 61 y/o male who is suffering from dementia. Mr Lewis, walked away from a nursing facility earlier this evening and his whereabouts are unknown. He was last seen wearing a green & blue flannel jacket and possibly grey sweatpants. Mr Lewis is a white male, 5’10” weighting approx 175 lbs and may have glasses. He is to have a splint on his right arm. Anyone with information concerning his whereabouts is asked to contact York County 911 and /or York Area Regional Police Dept.

The Doylestown Township Police Department is investigating a two vehicle traffic accident at the intersection of Easton Road and New Britain Road. Please slow down and detour from the area until the accident scene is clear.

LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD initiated a hit-and-run crash investigation on 10/09/2020 at 2:20 PM at the intersection of East Front Street & North Locust Street.

A striking vehicle hit the posted stop sign and left the scene without providing information or reporting the crash. As a result, the posted stop sign facing west-bound traffic on East Front Street sustained damage.
