Charges were filed for assault, against Alger, after investigation into a report of a fight in progress at 109 Jefferson Ct.
On 5/24/19, It was reported to Swatara Township Police that Eric Nearhoof had written a bad check in the amount of $751.52. The victim made several attempts to resolve the issue but Nearhoof failed to meet arranged times to meet and stopped responding to calls and texts.

At 9:57 pm, Tuesday, 9/22/15, ELTPD found Valjdet AVDULAHAJ, age 29, of Lancaster, staggering along the center of the roadway carrying an open can of beer. AVDULAHAJ was determined to be highly under the influence of alcohol and was cited for Public Drunkenness.
SPD was dispatched for a domestic at 11 W. Burd St. 2nd floor. Upon investigation, 19 year old Alexander FATA of Gettysburg and 18 year old Lauren DANIELS of Gettysburg were cited for Under age drinking.

Incident Type:

On 9/17/15, an employee of Burlington Coat Factory reported that two tires were slashed on their vehicle during dayshift hours. The tires were new and had been punctured through the sidewall with a sharp object. Damage reported at $480.00.
On 9/18/15, ELTPD responded to reports of multiple unlocked vehicles being entered and rummaged through at residences in the 1700 blk of Old Philadelphia Pike. The vehicles were entered sometime overnight Thursday 9/17 to Friday 9/18. No property has been determined missing at this time.
