The defendant was observed driving recklessly by driving eastbound in the westbound lane and also swerving in and out of his lane. The officer conducted a traffic stop and a records check showed that the defendant did not have a valid drivers license.
The Fairview Township Police Department arrested 37-year old Timothy A. Wood of Ross Avenue, New Cumberland in October following a domestic disturbance at his residence. When he discovered police had been called, he fled the residence. Wood was charged with Simple Assault and Harassment.
