Christopher Transue was charged by Perkasie Borough Police with Driving Under the Influence and traffic violations after he was stopped on E. Park Ave. in Sellersville operating a motorized bicycle which was not legal for use on the roadway.
After an investigation Patty Tolentino was arrested for making unauthorized purchases on a company credit card that totaled approximately $25,000.00. Tolentino created false credit card statements to cover up the fraud.

On February 28th, 2019, it was reported to Swatara Township Police that the victims credit card was stolen and used in the Township. It was found that Richard McKay stole the credit card and charged $108.86 at different locations.
On March 28, 2019, Swatara Township Police were dispatched to Citgo on Derry St for a non-active theft. It was determined that Noel Baez-Payano stole $682 from the skills machine.

On 05/14/19 officers made contact with subject who was known to them to have an open and active warrant. A records check confirmed the warrant was open and active. The subject was placed in handcuffs and transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail without further incident.
