On 7/5/2019, a Middletown Borough Police Officer conducted a traffic stop in the area of Adelia and Conewago Streets in the Borough. Subsequent investigation found the driver, Luis TORRES, to be in possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia. TORRES was also found to have active WARRANTS.

On June 4, 2019 at approximately 12:30 PM, officers came into contact with a suspect. Upon further investigation, the suspect was placed under arrest, handcuffs double locked and checked for tightness, and transported to Volusia County Branch Jail without incident.
