On 3/23/19, Chambersburg Police stopped a vehicle after observing it turning from the wrong lane on South Second Street onto Lincoln Way East. Matthew Kibler was operating the vehicle. Kibler was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. Kibler was arrested and charged with DUI.

On Saturday February 23 a Domestic Violence case was reported to an HBPD Officer. After an initial investigation the Officer charged Ehab Helmy Saad Abdelsamad, with numerous criminal violations for assaulting his spouse with a knife.
