During a traffic stop, Mr. Hockenbury was a subject inside the vehicle and it was discovered that he had an open warrant out of Volusia County
Subject was very intoxicated and started causing a disturbance in the middle of a street in downtown DeLand. Resisted officers when he was taken into custody.
On October 13, 2017, Richland Twp. PD filed misdemeanor drug charges against Matthew James Ball, 20, of Juniper St., Quakertown. On May 17, 2017, while patrolling the area of Muskrat Rd. and Rock Hill Rd., RTPD made contact with Ball and found him to be in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
On October 13, 2017, Richland Township Police Dept. filed felony and misdemeanor drug charges against Alyssa Obrien, 27, of Richland Township, as well as a charge of endangering the welfare of children following police investigation into an incident from March 2016.
On October 12, 2017, RTPD filed felony charges against Gary Bulicki, 63, of Redwood Drive, Richland Township, for Identity Theft and Access Device Fraud. RTPD were alerted to the fraud in December 2015 and after investigation, filed said charges against Bulicki.
