The West Shore Regional Police is attempting to identify the two (2) pictured male suspects.  They were observed concealing and removing power tools from Ritter's True Value located at 1200 Market Street in Lemoyne.

The West Shore Regional  Police Department is currently investigating two (2) residential burglaries that occurred on February 5, 2016 during the day.  The suspect forced entry into the residences and removed multiple items.  Through a cooperative investigation with Camp Hill Borough Police and Susquehanna Township Police (Dauphin County) a suspect has been identified and the investigation continues.

On 2/5/16, at 2200 hrs., Ephrata Police were called for a disturbance at the JL Wolgemuth Auction house at Green Dragon Farmers Market, 955 N State St Ephrata Township.  Employees reported an intoxicated customer was causing a disturbance.  Police identified the heavily intoxicated customer as, Margaret Myers, age 50, of Lititz.  Myers found a ride home and is being cited for Public Drunkenness.

On 02-05-16 at approximately 7 p.m. the Steelton Police responded to the 200 block of Lincoln Street for a juvenile shooting a BB gun at pedestrians and a business. Officers arrived and did arrest one juvenile for disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.

     On 2/5/16, Fatima KHARRAZI was arrested at the Mooreland Elementary School for Defiant Trespass.  She had been repeatedly told not to go to the school and attempt to see her daughter, and when police arrived, she continued to refuse to leave.  She was charged, arraigned, and taken to Cumberland County Prison in lieu of a $10,000 bond.  

On Friday, January 1, 2016, around 1:30am, a West Shore Regional Police Officer observed a vehicle traveling west on Market Street at a high rate of speed.  The officer followed the vehicle and also determined that the registration displayed on the vehicle was not valid.  The officer initiated a traffic stop in the 300 block of Hummel Avenue.  The driver of the vehicle was identified as Brian Keith Coen Jr.

On 2/5/16 at 2230 hrs., Ephrata Police responded to a disturbance in the 700 Block of Primrose Ln. Ephrata Township.  Two juveniles fled toward the Linear Park Rail Trail in Ephrata Borough prior to police arrival.  As police approached the pair on the trail, the 16 year old female, from Akron, fled again, but was taken into custody on an outstanding mental health warrant.  The 15 year old male, from Lititz, was found intoxicated.

Incident Type:

On 2/5/16 at 1910 hrs., Ephrata Police responded to a vehicle accident at W. Main St. and Church Ave. in Ephrata Borough.  A westbound vehicle driven by Marlene Kern of Denver, age 74, failed to stop for a red traffic signal and struck a southbound vehicle. Kern was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.  Both vehicles were towed from the scene.

On 2/3/16, ELTPD was called to assist Probation Officers at a residence in the 00 Blk of Country Dr.    During the assistance of those officers a 16 year old male juvenile from Lancaster City was discovered to be in possession of a stolen handgun out of York County.     The juvenile was also found to be in possession of marijuana and provided false information to police.

On 2/3/16, a female victim reported that her blue & silver women's Trek Lexa road bicycle, serial #WPU309C1373J, valued at $700,  was stolen while patronizing Leola Pizza.    The bicycle was stolen between 6:30 & 7:30 pm Wednesday evening from just outside the front door of the restaurant.   Anyone with information is asked to contact ELTPD Officer Douglas Jaquith at 9717) 291-4676.   

I was stationary patrol in the parking lot of Sheetz when I was waved over by security officers.  They told me that there was a male subject at the checkout yelling obscenities and refused to leave the store when asked to do so.  When I walked into the store I noticed a male subject, later ID as Elie Thomas, standing at the check-out looking towards the dining room yelling, obscenities towards other customers in the dinning room.  I noticed one of the Sheetz manager was on the

On 2/4/16, the Hispanic male pictured in the attached surveillance photo is suspected of using a stolen credit card to make a $110.57 fraudulent purchase at Wal-Mart.   The credit card was reported stolen in Rochester NY.   Anyone with information is asked to contact ELTPD Officer Nate Westerman at (717) 291-4676.

The Lower Allen Twp. Police are investigating a residential burglary that occurred at a home in the 1300 Block of Strafford Road, Camp Hill, PA (Lower Allen Township) on Thursday, 02-04-16, between 2:00 p.m. and 2:45 p.m. It is believed that the suspect made enfry by prying open a rear door to the home. Once inside the residence several items of electronics were taken.
