Police have filed a criminal complaint against Kristen N. WILSON, 23, Coal Township, PA, alleging she committed the crime of Theft by unlawful taking or disposition.  WILSON, while an employee at Turkey Hill, 735 South Broad Street, stole $664.40 in money from the register.

On 6/30/15, at 234 Hahnstown Rd. Ephrata Township, Tyler Anthony Kuster, age 24, of Ephrata, was taken into custody on a Lancaster County bench warrant.  Kuster was turned over to the Lancster County Sheriff's Office. 

Charges:

On 6/29/15, ELTPD, responded to a discovered burglary and theft at High Construction on Olde Homestead Lane.   Sometime over the weekend of 6/26 to 6/29, forced entry was made into the building.    A HP Pro Book 6565B laptop computer and Leatherman multi-tool were discovered stolen.     Anyone with information is asked to submit a tip or contact ELTPD at (717) 291-4676.

ELTPD requests assistance to identify the male suspect in the attached surveillance photos.   The male suspect attempted to use a stolen Debit card at a Wawa store, Weis market, Wal-Mart and a Turkey Hill in East Lampeter Twp.    The victim's wallet and Debit card were stolen from a vehicle at Your Place restaurant on 5/25/15.   Anyone with information on the suspect should submit a tip or contact ELTPD Officer Andrew Garman at (717) 291-4676.

Charges:

On June 29, 2015 charges of Bad Checks were filed against Kevin R Lezon, age 31 of Annville PA.  Lezon had his 2008 Ford F450 repaired at New Holland Auto Group and issued them a check in the amount of $11,027.96 as payment for the repairs.  New Holland Auto Group received the check back as a non sufficient funds check.

On June 30, 2015 Lezon was arraigned before MDJ Rodney Hartman of New Holland and released on $25,000 unsecured bail.

On 6/29/15 at 1353 hrs., Ephrata Police were called to the 600 Block of E. Main St.

At (:48 pm, 6/28/15, ELTPD, responded to a report of a vehicle accident at the intersection of Gridley Rd and Millstream Rd.  Arriving Officers discovered that a black 2008 Cadillac CTS driven by Francisco Luis BOLANOS-ROQUE, age 53, of Lancaster City, had been stopped on Gridley Rd for a stop sign at the intersection with Millstream Rd.   The Cadillac had drifted backwards and collided into another stopped vehicle, causing impact damage.  No injuries were reported.  BOLANOS-ROQUE exhibited symptoms of alcohol intoxication and was placed under arrest for DUI.

Reported to ELTPD that sometime overnight Thursday 6/25 to Friday 6/26 attempted forced entry was made to vehicle at a residence in the 100 blk of N. Ronks Rd.   An unknown type of tool was used in an attempt to pry the door open causing an undetermined amount of damage to the vehicle.   Entry was not gained.     

A drivers license belonging to Alison Rife was found in the first block of West King Street. Rife can come to the Shippensburg Police Station to claim her license.

Suspect(s) did make entrance into a vehicle and removed a GPS and Bluetooth out of a vehicle in the 200 block of Ridge Avenue. The items were last seen on Tuesday at 3pm.  Anyone with information is asked to contact Shippensburg Police Department.

Shippensburg Police investigated a reported burglary and theft from a vehicle.  The victim reported that sometime between 19:00 on Monday, 06/22/2015 and 06:00 on Tuesday 06/23/2015 unknown suspect(s) entered the victim's took shed and stole a Dewalt 18 volt cordless drill with a case, batteries and a charger.  Also stolen from a  pickup truck was an Applie iPhone, white in color with a camo pattern case.  Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 717-532-

On 6/26/15, ELTPD responded to a theft of a purse at Wal-Mart.  It was reported that a purse was taken from a shopping cart while the owner was shopping at Wal-Mart.  The purse was described as a black and white clutch purse with hearts, containing the victim's identification, credit cards and cash.

On 6/26/15, ELTPD responded to Walmart for two adult female shoplifters in custody.  Providencia RUIZ, age 49, and Jeannette Marie RUIZ, age 19, both of Lancaster, concealed (46) various items of merchandise, valued at $283.37, in a large purse, then walked out of the store without paying for the merchandise.   Both suspects were booked for misdemeanor Retail Theft based on the amount of the theft.

Case Status:

The victim reported his car was parked in the 600 block of Devonshire Dr and someone made entry into his vehicle during the overnight hours of 6/27-6/28.   The car was locked and entry was made through the rear passenger side door.  A khaki color satchel was taken from the back seat which contained drum keys, drum key pressure gauge, sheet music and a metronome.  There was also a small amount of change that as taken.   The total loss is estimated to be $1300.00.  Anyone with information is asked to contact Carlisle police..
