Dauphin County District Attorney Ed Marsico today announced that the Criminal Investigation Division of the District Attorney’s Office has filed criminal charges against two women for neglecting to care for their eighty-eight (88) year-old relative, resulting in serious injuries to the woman.
On 2-24-14 at 2:22 a.m., a Swatara Township Police Officer on routine patrol came upon a vehicle parked in the entrance to 3302 Paxton Street. The engine was running, and the driver had collapsed onto the steering wheel. Further investigation led the officer to believe that the driver, Elijah Raye, was under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, and he was taken into custody. He submitted to a test of his blood to determine alcohol content. The results of those tests were recently received, and he has been charged with DUI.
On 1-25-14 at 5:24 p.m., Swatara Township Police responded to 5080 Lilac Lane for report of a man walking through the parking lot and pounding on the windows of vehicles. Officers located the man and attempted to speak with him about his actions. The man became very agitated, and refused to cooperate with commands given by the officers. He took steps towards the officers with his fists up and was subsequently taken into custody. He was identified as Douglas Ulshafer, and was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest.

Vicki Lynn Sinz, White/Female, DOB: 5/21/1959, Age: 22, Height: 5'8", Weight: 110 lbs., Small Build, Hair: Blonde, Eyes: Blue
On July, 15, 1981, at approximately 3:00 a.m., Vicki Sinz was last seen walking north on SR 8 from the Rusty Nail Pub in Butler Township, Butler County, near the Picklegate Bridge. Her body was discovered approximately ten days later in a culvert running under Brook Devore Road in Summit Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania.
This week police have received two more reports of vacant houses being burglarized and the copper stripped from within. One incident happened in the 2800 block of Butler Street and the other happened in the 2700 block of Boas Street.

On February 26th, 2014 at approximately 08:23AM police were called to the 1500 block of Indian Rock Dam Road for a motor vehicle crash. As a result of the on-scene investigation Curry was arrested for the following offense(s):

The Susquehanna Township Police arrested Jerrica Conway, B/F/19 of Hagerstown, Maryland, for Prostitution and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at the Econo Lodge at 150 Nationwide Drive in Harrisburg. Conway had an ad listed on the internet and an undercover officer communicated with her via texts. Conway agreed to have sex with the officer for $120 and she provided her location at the hotel. Conway was arrested at the hotel and found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia as well. Conway was placed in DCP on $2,000 bail.
The Spring Garden Township Police Department announces seat belt enforcement activities as part of a statewide teen seat belt mobilization. The enforcement activity will be conducted March 3rd, 2014 through March 21st, 2014 on Hollywood Drive and other roadways in Spring Garden Township.

Arrieta-Perez was observed driving at a high rate of speed in the 1000 block of Loucks Mill Road in Spring Garden Township. He was stopped on State Route 30 near Toronita Street. As a result of further on-scene investigation, Arrieta-Perez was arrested for the following offense(s):
